Doktor-doktor Sampah Masyarakat

What are you talking about? Well that is what I feel people feels about doctors now. "Lets take potshots at doctors, Jom it's a new national past time. Heck the deputy minister does it. why not?" (Which turned out to be false accusations. Of course this did not made it to media) Kami lah hamba masyarakat, when we take the oath as a physician, we have given up our rights as human beings. Our life is subjugated to service of man but not having the privilege ourselves.  Who else worked 36 hours straight without a break? Is it enough? No never.....

So am I denying there is a problem? NO,  in fact there is a reason for these displeasure of the rakyat. But I don't think attacking doctors is a solution or address the problem. Emergency department is meant to provide what the name says, "EMERGENCY service" You having a cold is not emergency. You having a cut in you tiny finger is not an emergency. You having a migraine headache is not an emergency. So where should this people go? THERE you see is the gap in the service of our health care system.

We should have a better primary care health service system. Where the GP can handle these cases. Where the GP should also have direct access to hospital service and vice versa. Where the patients can have a seamless continuation of health care from hospital to GP and trust to be followed up by one family doctor. It is done in the UK, so why not Malaysia the boleh land? 

So quit your whining and do something about... Quit pointing fingers will you!! and figure out what is the problem so we can find a solution to the problem. We NEED solutions. We DONT need scapegoats.
